As a CBT specialist, I help individuals reframe negative thought patterns that stem from trauma. CBT identifies and changes harmful beliefs, promoting healthier coping strategies and building resilience. For trauma, CBT helps reframe distressing memories and reduce emotional triggers, empowering clients to regain control over their thoughts and emotions.
I understand that facing trauma can feel overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
