True Blue Behavioral Health provides a comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program. The program includes weekly individual therapy and group skills training sessions, as-needed phone coaching for additional support, and therapist consultation (therapists only). DTB is an evidence-based treatment designed to treat individuals who struggle with emotion regulation difficulties, engage in problem behaviors such as suicidal behaviors, non-suicidal self-injury, or individuals who may have difficulties with depression, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, borderline personality or have a history of traumatic experiences.
Four sets of skills are taught in the adult curriculum: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. The adolescent curriculum includes the same four modules plus the Walking the Middle Path module, in which adolescents and their caregivers learn about validation, behaviorism, and common family dilemmas that occur.

Groups
10-Week Women's Anxiety Reduction Group ($10)
Join our anxiety reduction support group, designed to help you overcome anxiety and increase emotion regulation and distress tolerance. We offer a safe and supportive online environment to share and learn effective techniques and skills you can use at any time to stop/prevent anxiety. Learn cognitive behavior strategies for symptom reduction, get low pressure anxiety exposure opportunities, and add this to your weekly therapy to get supportive engagement for your anxiety. This 10-week group costs $10 per session. Our goal is to create an affordable supplemental resource for those struggling with anxiety while ensuring access to quality care.
