I Work with individuals/ couples. My background is in substance misuse counseling. I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, body image/ disordered eating. I work relationally, that invites the client into the therapeutic process, I support clients resource & create, boundaries in times of stress/ emotional overwhelm. I enjoy working with people who view themselves as sensitive beings, intuitive /empaths. I work somatically which means I invite the body into the process, using breath, scent, and grounding to regulate the nervous system. I offer EMDR and somatic touch work: I offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy and integration work.
