It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help & when one does I honor that! Life is messy & people come in with a host of issues. As we work together I validate their life experiences & together we examine what works in their life & what doesn't. Together we explore themes & patterns that may have isolated them & kept them in a narrative that may perpetuate pain, heartache, grief, loss, anxiety, depression or an addiction. Together we create a plan to recalibrate their life.
We all have a childhood, we all have history & we all have witnessed or experienced trauma on some level. Our bodies carry this information and the wisdom to heal it. I am certified in somatic archaeology - this technique teaches clients how to drop into their bodies, narrate what the body has stored and empowers them to heal it.
