I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, adjustment issues and grief/loss. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Theory, Narrative Theory, John Gottman and Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy.
I strongly believe in treating the whole person holistically. Meaning, I believe the mind, body and spirit work in unison in healing the pain, hurt, loss, sadness and anxiety. The problem is the problem. The person is not the problem.
