I draw primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) while thoughtfully integrating Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches. Together, we'll discover what helps you grow and tailor therapy to your unique strengths, needs, and goals.

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and you don't have to have it all figured out.
