Many of the men I work with feel pressure to keep everything together while quietly carrying stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, or loneliness. Therapy gives us a chance to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin making meaningful changes. My approach is relational, thoughtful, and collaborative. Together we work to understand patterns that may be holding you back and build greater self-awareness, resilience, and clarity about the life you want to live.
While I work with people of all genders and sexual orientations, I have particular experience working with men and LGBTQ+ clients, including issues related to identity, relationships, anxiety, depression, sexuality, and perfectionism.
