Are you struggling with PTSD, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, depression, or relationship problems? I may be the therapist to help you get through these challenges. I help my clients identify information that is stored in their minds in unhelpful ways, and then we work together to reprocess, desensitize, and reintegrate this information so that the disturbance is reduced or alleviated. My goal is to help you get to a point where you no longer live in the past, you are managing or enjoying life, and you have hope for the future.
I specialize in EMDR Therapy with an attachment-focused orientation, to help you heal old wounds that won't quite heal through normal talk therapy. You may also want to learn some skills to manage your emotions as we go through therapy. I can teach you emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness skills (DBT/CBT).
