Hi I'm Troy, I'm President and Lead Clinician of PsyNamic Counseling Services and a Private Practice owner since 2014. I have been a leader in mental health industry as well as the community, and have helped people from all walks of life improve their situations and increase their overall sense of wellbeing. I really love helping people identify purpose and create a clear and simple way to reach their goals, for the betterment of themselves and those around them.
I have been providing individualized treatments for my clients pulling from many of my therapeutic techniques including Mindfulness-Based Therapy, CBT, EMDR, and Hypnotherapy.
