I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive and that everyone has an innate ability to heal, grow, and change. Human connection is healing and therapy uses our connection as fuel for change. I operate from a humanistic and strengths-based foundation, which means that I believe that we're all miraculous human beings who have managed to find ways to brilliantly survive and that we each have innate wisdom about how to live our best lives. I will be a strong ally for you and your wellness by using the latest and most effective treatment methods to help tap into that wisdom. My style is compassionate, warm, and nonjudgmental.
I work from a neurobiological lens, which means that all human emotion has a biological component and by using therapy to address the biology of emotions, powerful healing can occur. I also practice energy psychology, which addresses disturbances in the body’s electrical fields to bring about relief from emotional suffering.
I specialize in helping folks experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, depression, and life and career changes. My experiences as a BIPOC and as someone who has transcended class deeply inform my practice and I use a racial justice and equity lens. I welcome neurodiverse, creative, and alternative folks. I feel honored and privileged to be able to do this work.
