My behavioral health work began in 1988, with adolescents and their families, branching into work with addictions and couples counseling. I am trained in EMDR & Brainspotting (BSP), a very fast paced healing process for all types of trauma, PTSD, abuse issues, anxiety, overwhelming emotions, grief issues and cravings. I work most quickly with athletes suffering from mental blocks, injuries and other issues inhibiting performance even though the injury is completely healed. Many of my athletic clients have completed in just a two hour session.
Neurofeedback is utilized for helping with long-term brain issues such as ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Substance Abuse, OCD, as well as Athletic Performance Enhancement, Peak Performance for Executives, business and school performance.
I am an Emergence Process Master Practitioner & trained in Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique - energy healing arts. I utilize an AO Scan, Vibe sound wave Bed and Gem Lamp Therapy.
