As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, I bring over 20 years of experience serving children and adults. I hold a certificate in Wilderness Therapy and incorporate a wide range of counseling techniques, from mindfulness strategies to Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT).
