Do you avoid different places, people, or situations because they bring back memories from your past that are uncomfortable or upsetting? Have you found yourself stuck in the same behavior and relationship patterns despite your best efforts to change? Do you have fears of being left or abandoned despite your partners consistent reassurance that they will never leave you? As your therapist, I will work with you to help you overcome these patterns and gain more insight into your life.
I have expertise in treating attachment difficulties, PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues, Polyamory/ENM/CNM issues, grief, anxiety, depression, and difficulties stemming from faith transition/crisis. I use evidence based approaches such as EMDR, ACT, IFS, CBT, mindfulness focused, and systems theories to provide a comprehensive, compassionate, multifaceted approach.
I strive to provide a warm and culturally sensitive environment, working in collaboration with you to overcome patterns you've been stuck in and live a more value-centered life. I look forward to meeting you. (Due to limited time, I respond to emails and text messages much quicker than phone calls)
