Right now, it feels hopeless. That's where I come in, helping dads recover from phobias and insomnia. In the words of the poet Hafez, "Fear is the cheapest room in the house. I would like to see you in better living conditions." The cycles of rumination, avoidance, and sleepless nights can make you believe that you will never feel like yourself again. You're looking into therapy because you want to feel better and reconnect to the most important relationships and activities in your life.
Through focused conversations my clients begin to quiet the worries raging in their minds, face long-held fears, and get better sleep. People often feel relief in the first session. For my part, I stay at my best for my clients by running, cooking, and regularly using the same strategies I teach in therapy.
Throughout our work together, I'm on your side but also ready to challenge you. Insomnia, anxiety, and the stresses of being a new parent don't have to be in charge. Please visit my website to learn more about my practice. I'm excited to connect with you!
