I work with adults, adolescents, children, and families to address complex life issues, such as: depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, adverse life events, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship issues, oppositional defiance, and disruptive behaviors. I specialize in utilizing EMDR and Trauma Focused CBT to address many of these concerns. I have over 10 years of clinical experience.
I utilize a humanistic approach, in order to develop a warm and caring relationship through expressing empathy, providing unconditional positive regard, and remaining genuine. This approach is used to navigate these complex issues, learn safe coping and relaxation skills, and assist with developing autonomy.
