Groups
Men's Barbell Training/Process Group Program
This group pairs coached strength training with open, process-oriented group therapy for men in high-demand roles. Saturday mornings begin with two hours of coached lifting, followed by ninety minutes of unstructured group process — moving from physical exertion into the career, relational, and existential material members are actually working through. Training happens in a private, fully-equipped facility in Alameda, CA. The cohort stays intentionally small, so vacancies are rare and admission is based on fit. Members commit to at least six months, with an initial consultation required before placement.

Process Group for Men in High-Demand Roles
A weekly, open-ended process group for men in high-demand roles — executives, founders, and professionals who balance major responsibilities against competing demands, isolation, and a need for purpose and meaning. Sessions draw on relational Gestalt principles, using here-and-now group dynamics as the primary clinical material rather than passive reflection or generic support. Facilitation is intellectually rigorous, direct, and active; members set the standards of engagement. Held weekly in Alameda, CA. The cohort is kept small and selective to preserve depth. As member fit is critical to group cohesion, an initial consultation is required before placement. Group begins Fall 2026.
