I have worked with people 10 to 83 years of age to address issues related to anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, ADHD, or the issue that negatively impacts their life. My therapy approach is client centered. It always starts with the person sitting in my office; we develop strategies and skills that can be applied to daily life. The strategies are brain and neuroscience based with the goal to assist the person to be the best version of yourself.
My intent is to meet and relate to the person in my office, wherever they may be on their life's journey, and help them develop the skills to improve the joy and quality of their life. I am trained in various therapies which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness - based cognitive therapy, psychoanalysis, and existential therapy.
I believe that all living beings deserve respect and the opportunity to pursue lifetime goals. Sometimes we all can benefit from guidance to stimulate our body, mind, and spirit.
