Clients can meet with me in person or connect online for telemental health services. Please reach out to us for more information. I specialize in treating sexual addiction, trauma, infidelity and betrayal trauma, anxiety, depression and the integration of spirituality into psychotherapy. I also providing consultation and clinical supervision, including preparation toward social work licensure.
I can help you not only improve current symptoms but also heal the causes of unwanted symptoms and behaviors. I help clients access their inner resources to meet the various challenges in their lives. I also help you to develop skills to accept things they cannot change and to find the willingness to change the things on which you can have an impact.
I create a safe, collaborative space for clients to explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and find solutions to life's challenges. I believe that all clients have a centered, confident Self that, when accessed, frees them to lead their lives with more courage, clarity and self-compassion. Circle of Recovery from Porn (CORP)
A support group for men seeking support to overcome compulsive addiction to porn. Meetings include teaching, discussion and mutual support to help members better understand the impact of porn and gain the tools to overcome porn addiction. This support group is led by a trained therapist but is not a support group. Group discussions are strictly confidential and there is no fee for the group.
