About
Hello and welcome. During this time of tumultuous change, many are experiencing increased distress in the forms of depression, anxiety, relationship to ourselves, others and general "stuckness." My focus is to guide you to your deepest knowing to identify what needs healing in order to change patterns of thinking, feeling, behaving, and/or outer circumstances that are not helpful in your life. I believe that with the desire and bravery to explore and engage in this process, you can shift in profound, sometime surprising ways. If you're ready to make some deep, sometimes subtle or radical change, please reach out and let's connect.
There are times we all need help accessIng our knowing. I use different forms of energy work to guide you to go within yourself to understand and shift the obstacles holding you back from the life you want. I believe that now more than ever, is a time we're all being called upon to be our highest best, which is the reason for and passion of my work.
It takes a lot to stay balanced and feeling good. I also believe that great change can happen in these times of uncertainty and the unfamiliar. I have a holistic perspective with a practical approach; I incorporate traditional talk therapy, Energy Psychology, CBT techniques and mindfulness. I offer practical "tools" along the way to support this process.
