My name is Natasha, and I am currently accepting new clients native speakers in Spanish and English. I have dedicated my career to making a positive impact in various communities, including Latino Communities. I've also worked with African Refugee families in refugee resettlement. I specialize in clients who’ve tried to heal on their own who feel they have made efforts, but haven’t been able to move forward and cannot figure out why. I help those with trauma, phobias, lack of motivation. I work with LDS clients, early return missionaries, faith journeys/crisis, those who’ve moved past their faith, ALL other religious affiliations.

The relationship between a client and their therapist is one of the most important factors in the success of talk therapy. The relationship is called the "therapeutic alliance" and it should feel like you and your therapist are both on the same team and invested in your success. For this reason, I invite you to be picky about your therapist! No subject should be off limits in a safe therapeutic alliance. I currently focus on seeing clients 6 years old and up.

I want to help you heal from traumatic events you have experienced in your life. I am trained in EMDR treatment. I have helped many clients through EMDR to reduce the cause of stress brought on by trauma. I also have experience in working with those recovering from sexual abuse/ sexual assault.

As a therapist group, we focus on restoring balance to daily life. It is our belief that trauma inhibits our ability to function to full capacity. We utilize a simple method to reduce trauma reactions to triggers which creates a better balance in life, work, relationships, and self. We offer telehealth on a secure HIPPA-compliant platform for new and existing clients. All paperwork and payments can be performed via the telehealth platform.

John is providing care through Numinus Wellness Utah at the Layton location! John grew up in Pocatello, Idaho. He earned his bachelor's degree in organizational communications and rhetorical studies from Idaho State University. After furthering his education at Syracuse University in New York, John became a licensed marriage and family therapist. In 2016, John joined the United States Air Force Reserves and was subsequently deployed to the Middle East. John’s passion and perseverance is in serving his community as a therapist and citizen airmen.

Dr. Feller is the director/owner of an interdisciplinary mental health practice where he oversees the clinical work, trains and guides therapists in their development. He has extensive experience in working with a variety of issues and is trained to use Lifespan Integration Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Experiential, Biopsychosocial, Psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing and other evidenced-based therapies. His knowledge and compassion have help him support and teach his clients in whatever difficulties they are facing.

I am working on my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling and am due to graduate in May 2024. I continue to pursue my passion of helping others and am honing my skills with a focus on trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.
