I offer therapy as a way of straightening out your life. I want to help you in developing and defining your goals in life and collaborate with you on ways to achieve these goals. I have experience with a few years in severe mental health working on crisis and working in prison systems. I am also experienced in sex addiction recovery with behavioral and substance abuse. My focus is to help people become more stable in life with life challenges. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focus, and Motivational Interviewing as just a few to be eclectic in my approach. I know that people are different and celebrate peoples differences.

Often times temporary stressors can cause us to feel out of control but through counseling, we can work with you to move past that and regain control of your life. Our office has 11 talented counselors who are qualified to work with all areas of mental health. Jonathan is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Prevention Specialist, and a co-founder of a publishing company. He has a Masters Degree in Counseling from Texas Tech University. Jonathan has experience working with counseling teens, incarcerated adults and youth who have been in the foster care system. He has a passion for helping individuals to take the necessary steps forward in their personnel development. In session, Jonathan likes to create a judgement free zone in order to create a safe environment for clients to share their concerns.
