As a counselor I use Existential Counseling philosophy. Feelings of meaninglessness, existential isolation, freedom and death are often the result of the very nature of our existence. A graduate cum laude with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, I have experience working 7 years working in psychiatric hospitals and three years in outpatient treatment. This has given me excellent experience in working with people of all ages, backgrounds, severity of issues, and problems. I use a collaborative multimodal process and am specialized in working with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma. My CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) skills have been certified by the Beck Institute.

Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Her therapeutic style is influenced by DBT & mindfulness-based approaches to healing. Sarah enjoys using the technique of expressive arts when working with clients in treatment. She enjoys working in a collaborative setting with both adults and adolescents/their families to understand and reduce anxiety, cope with trauma, grow self-love and acceptance, increase mindfulness practices, structure enriching self-care practices, and explore the powerful and dynamic internal world that resides within each client. For fun Sarah enjoys musical theater and has an obsession for llamas and alpacas!

Mackenzie Threadgill is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 7 years of experience in the counseling field. She is passionate about helping adolescents and adults identify challenges, heal, and grow to live with more authenticity and happiness. Mackenzie has a specialized focus in trauma studies and PTSD as well as stress, anxiety, addictions, anger management, depression, abuse, anger management, and depression. Mackenzie completed her Master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a focus in Trauma work from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
