It is always my primary goal to offer you or your loved one a safe space without judgment to process your experience. I have worked as both a licensed Behavior Analyst and a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Hawaii before completing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Hawaii School of Professional Psychology at Chaminade University.

I serve as the lead therapist for our Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Program. Each ketamine journey is followed by two trauma healing therapy sessions. My approach to therapy is both eclectic and collaborative. I guide individuals to a place of connection and self-compassion by focusing on their inner strength. I use a variety of modalities including EMDR, Somatic Healing, and IFS. Ketamine creates the opening to healing, and the trauma therapy supports and guides each individual to deeper and lasting results.

While seeking a professional to help with ongoing personal difficulties can be hard, I am dedicated to providing professional guidance towards positive change. I have much experience working with anxiety, panic, trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, and depression. I use therapy that is designed to work quickly and effectively. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure, Exposure with Response Prevention, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. These techniques can help you to heal from events that may have negatively influenced how you approach life.
