As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) and military veteran, my focus is to serve other military veterans and their families. Although serving the military community is my primary focus, I am certainly open and available to others seeking guidance and support. Whether you are dealing with the stress of a recent deployment, transitioning out of the military, having separation anxiety, communication/relationship issues, or dealing with PTSD, there is no need to navigate these life struggles on your own. I'm am interested in working with individuals, couples, and families who are committed to their own personal growth, healing, and well being. I help people who have hit one of life's many unpredictable speed bumps and need help to go over it, increase their vibrational frequency, capacity for joy, and get on with their wild and precious lives.

I offer services to women of all ages, and occasionally children, who have had trauma in their background and are seeking to find clarity in who they are now, and where they want to go from here. I offer expressive modalities in addition to talk therapy for an ease in releasing the past, increasing self esteem, and leading to a safer and more joyous future.

I use a person centered approach and a variety of methods, including CBT and EMDR, to help clients create a life of authenticity.
