At Compass Counseling, we are dedicated to providing responsive service to our clients, contacts and community. We have a diverse staff of professional counselors who are capable of meeting the most difficult counseling needs. We seek to develop cooperative relationships with everyone involved in the client's care to maximize the therapeutic benefit to the client and optimize the treatment process. Our growing list of therapists allows us to match up client needs with specific areas of interest/expertise within our counselor community.

Throughout my sessions, I seek to provide compassion, empathy, perspective, and hope to those I work with. I have attended a wealth of trainings, workshops, and conferences to better support children, families, and adults through any life circumstance that may arise. I have a passion for people and would love to help you process whatever you may be going through.  I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Grief Counselor. I  earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree from Missouri State University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Personal conflict can cause chaos in your life, but the appropriate resolution can nurture healthy relationships and personal growth. If you are ready to dig in and do the hard work, together we can work towards the more peaceful and happy life you desire. We offer Substance use groups for adults and adolescents. We are Christian centered and use a variety of research-based therapeutic methods of counseling to find what works best for our clients. I believe therapy should be started with the end in mind, so our goal is to bring about peace and balance in a timely manner.

Helping you resolve the issues in your life, develop healthy relationships, and identify functional solutions to your mental health and relational needs, have been the focus of my career as a licensed professional counselor. I help couples learn to communicate, build trust, and reach a cooperative understanding of how to create a healthy relationship. For individuals, I work to overcome depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders to help you live a more fulfilling life.
