As a PhD marriage and family therapist, I have successfully helped couples, families, individuals and college students find happiness in life. I believe everyone has the power to change. However, we often get stuck. Over the years I have participated in peoples amazing transformations as they become unstuck and learn how to be happy, have healthy relationships, overcome trials and other problems. I've found that everyone I've met with in therapy can change and be happy if they want to. Morning, day and evening sessions available. My office is in Jamestown Square in Provo and in Holladay off of Highland Drive.
I treat anxiety, depression, couples, adolescents, college students, pornography problems. I help people develop skills to cope well with life. Out-of-state family members of college students in Utah County often call to set up therapy. I love working with young adults as they try to figure life out or deal with depression, anxiety, school and relationships.
