What's good!? First, thanks for visiting my site...I'm grateful for your interest in my services! Now, let's get to it. An inner city kid myself, I grew up well aware of how limited quality health services were available to folks who look like me, including mental health services. In an effort to help bridge the gaps, I've been aiming to provide high-quality yet relatable therapeutic support to predominantly BIPOC communities for 10+ years.
My top priority is always centering my clients in our work. To do so, instead of limiting us to one specific type of therapy, I integrate techniques from a number of modalities to meet my clients' needs. That being said, I love to finding individualized ways to approach to EMDR with clients.
Primarily serving BIPOC folks, my number one goal for my clients to leave every session feeling seen. It's equally important by the end of our time together my clients at minimum feel closer to the version of themselves they started therapy wanting to become.
