I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Capella University and am currently pursuing my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision there as well. I’m trained in special types of therapy (Emotionally Focused and Internal Family Systems) that help you build stronger relationships and heal from trauma.
My goal is to help you understand your feelings better and connect more with yourself and others. I aim to create a safe space where we can explore these tough emotions together.
