My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, meaning sessions move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. When anxiety feels constant, depression makes everything heavier, or anger starts showing up in ways you do not like, it can be hard to know where to begin. Therapy can be a place to slow down and talk through what is really going on without feeling judged or rushed. I offer secure online therapy across Michigan, making it easier to meet from home, during a break in your day, or wherever you feel most comfortable and private.
I often integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems to help you better understand your emotions and patterns, especially when they connect to trauma, stress, shame, or long-standing relationship dynamics. As a gay clinician, I provide an affirming and respectful space for LGBTQ+ clients who want to feel seen, understood, and supported.
Accessible care matters. I offer self-pay sessions at 100 dollars and accept most major insurance plans. I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and am currently pursuing my doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision, bringing both academic training and real-world clinical experience into each session.
