TriState SportPsych offers personal counseling for both mental health and performance-related concerns. This includes but is not limited to issues such as eating & weight disorders, generalized anxiety, low/unstable mood, stress management, anger regulation, performance anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, relationship problems, difficulty w/ sleep, and body image concerns.
We specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We welcome other performing artists and those that work with athletes/performers (e.g. coaches, sports medicine personnel, parents).
