My ideal clients are adults and couples who feel overwhelmed by old patterns they can’t quite break—patterns that once kept them safe but now leave them feeling stuck, disconnected, or on edge. My approach is warm, relational, and curiosity-driven. I help clients explore their patterns with compassion instead of judgment, so they can understand.
