My ideal clients are those that have identified that what they have been doing in their life has not been working for them. They're not sure if it's them, or if it's the world we live in. I am here to help you to reconnect with the deepest parts of yourself. Some call it their soul, or what is sacred. I provide a space for you to come into greater contact with what brings you the most alive. I utilize concepts from Jungian psychology, transpersonal psychology, and existential philosophy. I am dedicated to supporting you in coming back home to yourself.
I specialize in working with people from a perspective that honors the unconscious parts of ourselves. Each of us acts in ways that we do not always intend to. St. Paul stated: "I do what I do not want, and I do not do what I want." My journey is in helping you to identify the ways that each of us do what we do not want, and do not do what we want to do.
