Starting therapy can feel overwhelming and intimidating, but you do not have to face it alone. Many of my clients are service members, their families, and individuals who face relationship conflicts, sex and intimacy concerns, or communication struggles. My clients often seek a supportive space to explore inner thoughts, such as "Why do I do the things I do?" My clients seek a safe, non-judgmental environment where they can explore these thoughts and feel understood.
I have my own experiences with grief, trauma, life transitions, single parenthood, and being an active duty Service Member, alongside my education and passion for breaking the stigma around mental health support.
