My philosophy centers on the understanding that true well-being and healing can only be achieved by addressing the whole person, rather than focusing solely on symptoms or specific areas of concern. I believe that everyone possesses an innate capacity for growth, self-discovery, and transformation, and it is my role to co-facilitate and support the process. Barriers to wellness such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, prolonged grief, and adverse childhood experiences can successfully be addressed and open the door for fulfillment.
I view therapy as a collaborative journey, where we work together to uncover underlying causes, identify patterns, and develop strategies for personal growth and healing. I integrate various therapeutic modalities and techniques tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each individual or family unit.
From one human to another, life's hard and we're all navigating our own version of it. I appreciate the unique perspectives that each individual brings to a session, and I honor the personal responsibility that one has to follow their own path to wellness. You don't have to be alone on that path though, I'll walk with you. Website: GreenlightWellness.Net
