Tending the Flame
We are calling this workshop Tending the Flame because it is great for couples wanting to grow closer and to create healthy habits in their relationship. Couples from all points in their relationship journey are welcome. We will tackle some of the most common issues we see in couples therapy. Topics will include conflict management, healthy communication, building connection, and increasing intimacy (Yes! This will include sex). Spots are limited! Starts February 26th, 2025.
