It helps to share these complex thoughts and feelings with others who can help give new perspective and create meaning where there seems to be none.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or trying to understand why you find yourself in difficult situations time and again, I am here to hold space and listen. We will work within a warm and trusting partnership to help you discern what’s troubling and keeping you from living life in the way that you know is possible yet seems to elude you.
