Hi I'm Trish the Dish! I'm a Mental Health Therapist and wellness advocate! I love lifting weights, CrossFit, and blowing off steam through exercise. I love hearing people's stories, and making a positive impact! Life is too short to feel as though you are constantly struggling. My focus includes a wide range of treatment areas, including: depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress management, trauma, inter-personal relationship issues, grief/loss, coping with injury/ pain/ complex medical problems, sports performance, life role transitions, memory and age decline, personality disorders, and ADD/ADHD.
I have done extensive work with in/outpatient medical and mental health facilities which has allowed me to assist countless patients struggling to cope with grief/loss of both chronic medical and mental health conditions. I am newly trained in EMDR for trauma. I am passionate about how our brains are wired to work. It's all connected - mind, and body.
