I offer support to teens who feel stuck and need to openly talk to someone who is nonjudgmental. Teen years can be difficult and I want to offer coping skills and new ideas on how to cope and manage the challenges you may face. I am currently offering teletherapy and walk therapy.
I have worked in social services for 21 years, 11 years with adolescents. I have worked with severe mental illness, drug and alcohol treatment, adolescents in crisis and have completed 5150 assessments. I have also worked with youth in family conflict, depression, anxiety, having difficulty with school, especially with motivation or organization.
My work with clients is focused on what they want to work on and what is most important to them. I feel it is a privilege to work with teenagers and gain their trust to support them to a happier, more successful life. I look forward to having an opportunity to work with you
