Accepting new clients! Let's be REAL. Life is hard and most of us get stuck from time to time. It's as simple as being human, but that does not mean we need to stay stuck. It is my honor to walk alongside you in this uncertain journey of life. I can help you, as you maneuver your way through difficult life transitions, challenging relationships & past traumas that creep up in your daily life. My specialty is helping others HEAL from past traumas, break dysfunctional patterns and improve their relationship with themselves and others. If you're looking for a real & down to earth therapist, I'm your gal.
I use humor & empathy with my clients & you will leave with tangible tools that can be applied to your life as soon as the first session. I specialize in working with people struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, & relationship issues. Together, we will overcome blocks that are preventing you from living the life you want to be living.
I have a background as a professional dancer, until the world of therapy found me. I am the owner of Life in Motion Therapy (a group private practice in Central Phx) and creator of Words Matter Clothing Co. I also am a board-certified clinical supervisor and oversee associate clinicians working toward their independent licensure.
