My hope is to help individuals heal from unresolved traumatic experiences such as military experiences, loss of identity, sexual trauma, physical trauma, or emotional trauma.

I have utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Acudetox, and Trauma Informed Care to treat individuals who have experiences with trauma in all walks of life, who have symptoms of depression, anxiety, phobias, struggles with substances, and abuse.
