Many of my clients show up feeling overwhelmed, worn down by anxiety, and unsure if anything can truly help. They complain of intrusive thoughts, panic, rumination and chronic worry. Often, they’ve tried different forms of therapy in the past and left feeling disappointed, or they worry that no matter what they do, the anxiety will always return. My passion is helping people break free from that cycle and find lasting relief. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in the gold-standard treatments for anxiety and OCD, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
After only a few sessions, many of my clients begin to notice meaningful changes, less anxiety, fewer worries, reduced avoidance, and a growing confidence in their ability to handle anxiety however it shows up. This shift opens the door to being more present and connected in the things that truly matter to them, rather than feeling controlled by fear.
