I provide counseling in the Salt Lake area and the Virgin Islands to those who are ready to explore meaningful change and personal growth. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Clients often share that they feel a sense of trust, acceptance, and safety in our work, something they hadn’t found in previous therapeutic experiences. I draw from mindfulness-based interventions, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EFT, EMDR, and somatic approaches.
I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Psychedelic Therapy and Integration, and have advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My work focuses on helping individuals shift unhelpful patterns, reframe limiting beliefs, and develop a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection.
