Hi, I’m Trish. Life can feel really heavy at times—whether it’s stress from work, changes in relationships, past experiences that still affect you, or just the day-to-day feeling of being stuck. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, tools, and a safe place where you can process what’s happening and start to feel more like yourself again. I work with teens, adults and children as young as 3-years-old who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, behavior issues and relationship challenges.
In our sessions, you’ll find a space that’s compassionate, down-to-earth, and free of judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and new ways to move forward that feel doable for your life. I offer virtual sessions so you can take care of your mental health from the comfort of your own home (sweatpants welcome!).
Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to walk away with both relief in the moment and strategies you can use long after our sessions end.
