I have learned over the last few years that our past does not have to always define us. Although, parts of our past may not define us, we can sometimes carry those painful, hurtful parts with us in our bodies, and not realize it. It is my hope as a therapist to help others to heal. If we work through properly processing those past hurts, trials and traumas the client can heal and not carry that hurt. It is my hope as a therapist to help others to heal, so those past memories not be triggers of any negative or hurtful feelings. I am passionate about trauma therapy.
I believe that there can be healing, and it is my desire to help others through that process. I am available to work with those of any age and stage in life. I am currently licensed as a School Counselor, and a LPC-MHSP. I am trained in Brainspotting and use that with my clients.
