As a mixed-race therapist with White and Indigenous ancestors, I know how hard it can be to find time for self-growth and slowness while navigating oppressive systems. It can be even harder when we don't fit into a binary or see ourselves reflected in the spaces we live, work, or learn.
I specialize in supporting individual adults and adolescents with shifting from surviving to thriving. Clients often come to therapy with me to discuss healing from trauma, tending to attachment wounds, and breaking patterns of people-pleasing. Together, we can help you find relief as we build towards healthier habits and nurture your self-understanding.
