I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & (iaedp) International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals Approved Consultant. Recently, I became certified to teach Restorative Yoga and recently earned my Registered Yoga Teacher certification RYT 200. I look forward to incorporating yoga and meditation in my sessions.
My passion is working with women and adolescent girls to help with improve self-esteem, healthy body image, and building self-worth. My certifications also include ACRA- Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach which is an evidence based behavioral intervention to treat substance abuse in adolescents 12-25. EMDR trained and certified yoga.
