Triscilla is an experienced therapist that has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health and life challenges. Triscilla's goal is to assist clients with meeting their own goals through teaching coping, communication, and interpersonal skills while also empowering clients to challenge their thinking and find their own solutions.
Triscilla understands the impact of trauma and incorporates a strength-based model within her work; she utilizes an integrative approach that allows her to incorporate humor and creativity in sessions. She believes therapy should be both productive and fun.
