I enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions who want to feel stronger, more resilient, and supported in creating meaningful change. They often come seeking relief from overwhelming emotions, past experiences, or patterns that hold them back. I attempt to provide a safe, compassionate space, listen deeply, and offer practical tools, guidance, and encouragement to help clients process challenges, build coping skills, and take confident steps toward lasting healing and a more fulfilling life.
I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Lifespan Integration, using trauma-informed approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, uncover inner strengths, and build resilience. My goal is to guide clients toward lasting healing, growth, and a greater sense of well-being.
