I have worked many years in health care and have a deep understanding of how the interplay of our physical, emotional, & spiritual health impact our overall functioning. I use use brain-based approaches to help get to origin of issues, relieve triggers, & enhance internal resources like faith, hope, & confidence.

Using a workbook in a small group with other women with whom are open to or committed to Christian faith, we start by naming experiences in childhood. We do a time-line of both positive and difficult experiences during your lifetime (so far!) and name belief symptoms, coping skills, and patterns born out of these experiences! Groups are forming now and will begin in Fall 2024! Spaces are limited!

Help Her Heal (Men's Group after Betrayal)

Using the Help Her Heal Workbook from "Carol the Coach" an APSATS Couples Coach and Therapist. Betrayal is a common part of humanity. Intimate betrayal is one of the most difficult wounds that a person experiences and is is ESSENTIAL that one who did the betraying becomes a supportive, empathetic, trustworthy person. This small group (for men) will help to understand that is needed - practically!, to help to heal his partner heal from betrayal.
