At Trinity Wellness Counseling, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective interventions to help you heal. I work with adults of all ages.
I teach an array of coping skills for stress reduction, Eye Movement Desensitizing and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, techniques for managing thoughts including mindfulness & meditation, nutritional interventions & brain health coaching for improved mental health, mind/body techniques for stress reduction, and interventions for insomnia.
