About
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS WILLING TO MEET VIA TELEHEALTH. The clients I work with are seeking natural, holistic interventions for improving their mental health; alleviating symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stressors, anger/resentment, grief, etc. Wellness of the mind and body can be achieved through mindfulness and meditative practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy (changing the way you think and behave), proper nutrition, movement/physical exercise, and for some, belief in a higher power.
I believe that people can achieve mental health and relief from symptoms by improving their brain health and overall wellness. I use mindfulness and cognitive therapy to help clients alter their perspectives, integrate brain-health recommendations, discuss and encourage physical wellness through proper nutrition and exercise.
No matter what challenges you are experiencing, please know that it is only temporary; this is one of the principles of mindfulness. If you'd like to learn more about how you can improve the quality of your life and take better care of your mental health, and you are interested in using a holistic method to achieve a sense of peace, please contact me.
