I specialize in working with individuals who are ready to reclaim control of their lives. Many of my clients have faced addiction, trauma, or mental health challenges that have shaped how they think, feel, and relate to others. They come to therapy seeking a deeper understanding of how these experiences have influenced their beliefs and behaviors, and they’re committed to developing emotional regulation and breaking free from patterns that no longer serve them. Whether prompted by a specific event or a personal decision to seek support, they share a common drive to grow—and a belief that the life they want is worth the effort.
I use Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and CBT to help clients build insight, set goals, and create meaningful change. My approach emphasizes emotional regulation, shifting unhelpful thoughts, and providing a supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered.
I meet clients where they are—without judgment—and offer a supportive space to explore what’s real, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with intention. When you’re ready to do the work and want someone in your corner, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
